I purchased many product form mydala.com, and got issue in almost every product . For one product i sent them my feedback to there email, that the product is not working. But they didnt replay me, after a month one more product which i ordered but not delivered. Despite providing me dead lines and many mails they ensure me that they will deliver the product in next day. But they fail. This go on for one month with continuous follow up from me. At last there team leader jitender and there gaurav parashar.
Manager - operations call me personally and told me that they will sent my product in 1 day on mail or return my money. After 2 days i call gaurv and ask him for the money on which he replay i sent the money return request to finance department (i dont believe it is true or false but i think he is lying ) and when i ask him about the previous product , he says that they not recieved any mail form me. I ffd the mail form my sent item, then also he told me that on very day they didnt received any mail from and since now it is above 15 days so I cant help you and the 600 rs product will not be replaced by us. I told how can I know that you didnt received any mail , now you received my ffd mail now then y dont you solve my query for that he replay how i help you now. Its over 15 days and i am not able to help you in this matter start blaming me that if you take follow up for your product then y dont you take follow up on this. In simple words he want to say this is not his concern now.
I was very upset with the customer support of that mydala.com & never keep there word.if there operation manager is like that then what you expect form others. They only interested to earn money it doesnt matter if the customer suffers or not. Once the money goes into there account they simply dont care. But for the formality they call and give you the same answer give us 2 days we sent the product or its a courier company fault.
But never say if it was not deliver then what action they do. And folks, if you think they give your money back, then forget it.
