I am a customer of mydala, and purchased many deals. Then tried some of the lucky draws too.
After some tries even ** I WON A SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 2** Let me describe;
*THE PROCESS*
I participated in lucky drew and bought many vouchers, when they announced it was me.
Some previous vouchers that I never won was credited as mydala points, and can buy any product from mydala with it.
*Customer Support*
Did some telephonic conversation and some mail works that’s all to claim my prize.
They where clearing all my doubts and responsive to my mails and calls.
*The winning and delivery*
As per the terms and condition it should come with in 30 days, guess what, I got My note at 19th day from claiming and was X-MAS(2012). I will add that, if you buy from them, they are not keeping the 15 working days mark but they informed me about the delay.
*Item n packing*
The item which I got was all as described and working. Especially the winning was really well packed and delivered free to my door steps.
*Cons:*
The problem is, there are not much of products in there list so that really we can spend the points for real use(updating the product who knows).
*why I am writing this*
Now why the hell I am writing this? there where no much of description from a user that how good it is, and when I searched for it, got lot of misleading information. I am just clearing the mind who searching same for the next time about this. I am enjoying the note 2 haha.
