Don’t be fooled by this company’s genuine looking website and emails. This is a Fraud company. period.
They took my money to deliver flowers to my house but later said the local delivery guy is not available due to rains etc. They then gave me credit/coupon which they said I could use later.
Then, I placed another order but they again told me that the delivery will not be possible. They just harass and harass you until you finally give up.
Their phone no. shows as a’fraud’ company with truecaller and their email id does not exist! You will get an email with all your order details but that is a’noreply’ email which means you cannot send any emails there. Their chat system is also designed to purely scam you and not give any information and the whole purpose is to frustrate and scam the customer.
Someone please file a police complaint against these scamsters.
