Horrible Services ...ZERO Empathy for the customer ...Do not ever use them.. from The Flower Tree" ..Especially the Customer Care..I had ordered for a delivery (Gift ) at a particular time (I paid extra for the same ) slot..These guys coolly Change and Delay The timing by Two hours and do not Inform me ..I call them ..one CCE puts me.on hold acting as if shed resolve the issue and then cuts my call..another one Says she cannot do anything about it and I should raise a complaint on the website.I just wonder why they were hired..to do what.. and how they were hired..Basically ..I feel the culture of this company is towards Money First and then the Customer..Not Vice Versa..Sad..
