Pathetic service and no refund

My wife ordered a cake on 14th Aug which was scheduled for delivery on next day i.e. 15th Aug. But we did not know till then that it will be such a horrible experience to engage with myflowertree.


The cake was not delivered on the scheduled time and the status was "In preparation" until 15th midnight and next day the status changed to "Delivered"! Do know where they delivered that took them whole day to prepare. We tried there to reach them several time but like others the effort was in vain. They are open only for accepting orders and not for delivering them. They are always not reachable on all mode of communication once your order is made, be it their fb page, official chat or CC number. I AM REALLY WONDERING IF THEY HAVE EVEN APPOINTED SOMEONE FOR CUSTMER SERVICE?


Now that we have lost every hope of getting our money back through their way, we are going for an official complaint on online consumer court to get in touch with Myflowertree.
