I had 3 bad experience of service with MFT in my last 3 consecutive interactions. Started using this site 1 year back and in the first time I placed an order to deliver a Birthday cake and flowers, they deliver it to the wrong address! And I got in to the phone and when somewhat they delivered the gifts finally, I thought it’s a one-of-it’s kind of mistakes which happens to everybody and put it behind.
And last month again when I sent a birthday cake and flowers to a friend in a remote area , they just delivered flowers, and NO Cake! And again the drama went on and when I asked for a correction, they deliver the items to my friend’s residence instead of office address! Whereas my instruction was to deliver it to the office and these people didn’t had the courtesy to check with neither the sender nor the receiver that whether they need the delivery in an alternative address. Since the flower shop MFT assigned to deliver the goods knows my friend as it’s a small town, he took the liberty in show up in my friends’ house in a morning with a pathetic cake and a funny bunch of flowers! So unprofessional! Then when I complained to MFT the flower shop owner begged to my friend to lie to MFT saying that he asked it at his home ...ROLF.
And now this is the fun part! By the 2nd experience itself I had already decided to boycott MFT and then 1 of my friend’s decided to send me flowers ( thinking it’s my birthday :) ) today along with a vase. I got 15 dried flowers and a filthy dirty broken glass vase ( images enclosed ) and that delivery guided me to https://mouthshut.com for sharing experience. I’ll never use MFT again. I’ve already informed the customer care executive for the poor delivery and as usual there’s nothing much they can do about it as to rectify their mistakes later on.
