I had ordered a bouquet in my flower tree. It was mentioned same day delivery. But haven’t got it at all. It’s been already 2 days - no response from customer care either through email nor through phone . I even tried waiting at the max 45 mins to get somebody talk over phone but the call got cut after that. Worst experience and worst site. I have no clue whether my order will get delivered. The status jus says delivered though the order isn’t delivered. Shit! Never order in this site!
