This TREE is not FLOWERY for ME!!

I had ordered a cake from their site order ID: 39444901 on 17.08.18(Friday around 9:33 AM). I have been charged Rs 939. I was supposed to be delivered till 9:00 PM( same day). I contacted the customer care helpline of their around 6:00 PM asking them my my order is still showing pending. Tanya, the customer care executive of their did not responded nicely to me and said your order should be delivered till 9:00 PM, as it is showing under preparation(which was the same thing I can see by login in the account), though I had asked her why my order is still pending. But, she did not reply properly to the query and ended my chat. Afterwards, I rated her as a bad chat experience. Then, their other executive talked to me related to the matter and assured me that the order would be delivered by 9:00 PM. However, after some time around 8:30 PM. I got an email from them saying that your delivery have been attempted. I am really unsure that they have tried or not and I ask them for the return considering the case that the delivery of the perishable products is not refundable. But, my point is did they even try to deliver as I did not get any call and miss call alert from their side. I had given my number(4182640486) which has missed call alert service activated on this number. As well as my father number(9458225942) and I am really not sure that they had called him or not.


But, the bottom line is they did not deliver the product. On top of it when I asked about the refund. They refused it by saying that " they have terms and conditions" for not returning the money for this product. Even though, I told them that I am going to file a complain against them on consumer helpline.


I tried to attach the screenshots in the pdf formats. But, I am unable to upload them as this format does not support pdf.   However, I am unable to show their executives chats as that was "online chats" and those chats no longer exist because their executives have ended the chats.
