No customer service, Not delivered on time

I ordered a cake online on my friend’s birthday and opted free delivery between 10am to 12 pm. It was delivered at 5:30pm. When we call the customer care number, it goes to IVR, no one is attending.

I thought I would loose the money.

Won’t try this site anymore.
