I had ordered some flowers to be delivered the same day within the same city. I had even paid extra to book the super fast delivery service, that is, delivery in an hour. The order was supposed to be delivered by 2 pm.
The order was not delivered by then and not even by 4 pm. At 4:05 pm after endless follow ups the order was marked delivered but was not physically delivered. The customer care seems to have blocked my number so that I can’t follow up any more.
I don’t understand how such a fraudulent company is allowed to operate and even shows up on the first page of Google search results.
