Very disappointing

I ordered a cake for Father’s Day June 21st and made an online payment till now I have not received my order, no phone calls, or message nor an email intimating order has been cancelled or on hold for a reason. I have been trying to call a number available on website it does not connect. This is supposed to a special Day and you have ruined and disappointed ?? me and my family. It’s not for not delivering but for not contacting the customer and conveying the delay. I always recommend and order my cakes from you but I don’t think I will ever want to trust your service anymore. You do not treat or value your customers. I want a complete refund of my money.
