I had ordered ’Breath of Fresh Lilies’ price rs.2050, but what was delivered was ’Yellow Lilies 10 XL’ price rs 1450. Huge difference in the look of product (please see attached images).
After the complaint, they called back immediately with the excuse ’sorry we didn’t have the required colors available and due to short time they delivered yellow color, but it was oriental lilies’.
Please look at the pic, does it look like oriental lilies?
First they change the whole look of flower bunch and then say we delivered a good quality. Whats the use ?? when we see something on website and like only then place an order.
In the end you change the color of the order, without informing the sender? This shows that the website owners have no respect for the feelings of their customers. Different colors have diff meanings.
The purpose of sending flowers was not met when the color was changed.
Drawbacks of the website:
doesn’t mention the flower quality.
doesn’t have no of flowers or sticks mentioned for every product.
doesn’t mention discounts, if available, product vise.
I would suggest, go for this website when you have no other options left and are not particular about the time of delivery.
Both the times that I placed an order the first one was not delivered on time, but the second order was. The flowers were fresh.
