Ordered a box of chocolates and a flower bouquet on ‘Valentine’s Day’ for my girlfriend from ‘My Flower Tree’ but the delivery was delayed and did not reach on the intended time. This was really a turn off for me. Though there was no issue with the product, the flowers were fresh and beautiful and the chocolate box was nicely decorated had the delivery been faster it would have left a great impression of their services on me.
Need to work on their timely delivery and the pace at which they complete the orders. Improvement is still required.
