Ordered Rakhi with so called express delivery costing around 845 rs. Order no 686863. At around 8:30 morning on rakshabandhan day. Location - lucknow. It was not still yet delivered. Not attending calls on customer care no and neither replying on chat on website.They are playing with our emotions because when we send cake, rakhi etc our emotions abd love is attached as a gesture. They are ruining our moments. Now i have to wait for next year to celebrate rakhi with my brother. He and me were so excited. But such scams are actually ruling our celebrations and we are not able to do anything. Sad. Also i wonder who have given 5 star raiting. Can u please share your experience how u r giving 5 star?
