Don't go for this Service, Bad Experience

I placed an order, specifying the PINCODE, Place and Distt clearly. Later, got an email that this place is out of our delivery area and hence another Rs 350 needs to be paid. I tried to discuss, that it should be checked based on PINCODE while accepting delivery, not after payment. However, Customer care executive started making baseless points without hearing what customer is saying. On asking for manager contact, phone line was dropped continuously. NO consideration. For refund, answer was, ’we can only credit in your MyFlowerTree account which you can use later’.


I don’t want to use service with such a vendor who is not at par for basic customer service and does not have such consideration. if order can not be delivered, at minimum, company should be fast to refund the amount. That is the least any company can do, in case if they are not able to fulfill their commitment of delivery.


In brief, don’t go for their service. It is equivalent to online fraud by asking more money for delivery later, without having an option to refund.


For Company: whosoever is making their sales policy, does not want company to grow for sure. Easy refund can go long way to retain the customer than forcing her to pay more.
