I ordered 2 times from this website and both the time delivery was late.
In my 1st order I ordered flowers to my girlfriend and they delivered it with the delay of around 1 hour on top of that flowers were not at all fresh. They gave me the reason that it was raining as I was not in the town so I thought may be they were right but after delivery when I asked my girl friend than I found they were just lying.
In my 2nd order I ordered some cup cakes to my dad on hi bday and this time they crossed all the limits I chose the delivery time of 9:00AM- 12:00 PM and they delivered it at 10:30 PM, almost 11 hours delay . Till that time my dad went to sleep and when I asked them to cancel my order and refund my amount they clearly denied and told that there is no refund policy and whether you cancel or not we will not refund your amount.
So I had no other choice I had to accept the order and when I checked my order I found it was completely different from what I ordered. And now they are considering my complaints.
