I ordered Frido Slim Seat Cushion in Beige Color on the 14th of Sep 2025 with full advance payment. My order number was #MF0221761937. After I paid, I got a message saying that the delivery might be late because of unexpected events. Today, the company called me to change my color choice because they couldnt produce the product in beige, which was my original selection. When I refused to change my color choice, they said they wouldnt deliver and that I would get a refund. My question is, why are you promoting on all social media platforms and making false promises to your customers when you cant make and deliver the product? This serves as a reminder to consider carefully before deciding to purchase any product from Frido. Very disappointing service and totally unprofessional behavior, which is not acceptable.
