I placed an order, got a confirmation call 3 days later. The delivery team told me someone would be coming to deliver the groceries at my place soon. I ended up waiting for 5 hours but no one showed up and no- one called.
Also, for an order that billed about 1400, groceries worth 700 were’out of stock’( Even stuff like Britannia 50-50 biscuits). Either the website needs to be updated real time or the supply chain needs to be fixed. In any case, I was patient enough to call them again and ask about the status( After almost a week). Yet again, I was told that the delivery team would contact me soon.
After almost 11 days, I received a call that my groceries will be delivered.
I had no choice but to decline. The customer care is clueless and the supply chain/delivery system seems to be running on assumptions.
I would give MyGrahak a 3 out of 10, especially after enjoying really good service from other online vendors.
