Hi, I ordered from Mygrahak.com as well. I didn’t face problems continuously, but I did however face one problem - site not letting me checkout. However, I think they have now changed this mistake on the site so its working properly now. Additionally I would recommend you try ordering again. I am getting lot of benefit from the service because where I stay I don’t find groceries at mygrahak prices or with home delivery. So because I buy a lot in one time - it is easier for me to get home delivery. Also, I think they could make MyGrahak.com site better - And I spoke to their call centre - processes to make site better are in place - so I am waiting for that.Also, first time I ordered - I faced some problem due to 2 days late in delivery. But second and third time, my delivery has been on time and till now I have saved 600rs. and I have got 2 gifts from them:DPlease comment on my review:) Sumit
