First order from mygrahal fine but the second order really bad experience. Firstly I needed few items urgently too from the items I ordered but the delivery was given after 72 hours of booking but the most annoying thing was your delivery boy name hari om who help me check all items from the bill. As he was reading and I was pointing out the goods, so what he did he skip two items in between and checked remaining item’s so I paid the whole amount but after 15 minutes when I check the bill two items were short.. He even did not told me while reading the list from bill and went away giving whole bill amount.. Now still more than 36 hours have passed waiting for my 2 items that were short to be delivered till now.
Even packaging was bad with dirt on products and all products near to expiry date i.e. mfg date 7-8 months old.
