Mygrahak.com is just an ok website.
Going through it, I dont feel the confidence to use my Credit Card/Online Banking/Debit Card to purchase anything. So I preferred using Cash on Delivery and it worked fine for me on my first order here.
I ordered something of really less value(Rs.120 only) and they delivered the deo-spray to me as promised.
Good points:
One can choose the delivery time. I chose 6-8pm slot and the delivery guy came only in the given time slot. That is a great concept actually.
Prices are just ok-ok. But looking at the overall delivery mechanism like; delivery time slots, on time delivery; I find prices are fairly good.
Groceries are available on the internet at last. We have moved away from books, mobile, laptops etc finally. That is something really good.
Negatives:
After getting satisfied with my first online order, I tried to order on phone(The company sent the product brochure to me with the invoice). When I talked to Customer Care Executive(CCE) and told what I want now, he asked me my email. I told him. On finding that I am already registered with that email ID, he asked my password for my MyGrahak account! He said he can NOT accept a phone order unless I tell my MyGrahak account password to him. Now this is something that got me thinking and made me not place my order. Why is the company asking for the account password at all?
On the product brochure which I received with the invoice, there was a combo offer. When I inquired about it to CCE, he said there is no such offer going on. He had no knowledge at all about that.
I dint feel comfortable with the search-ability of various items on the website.
It logs you out of your account itself. I suggest not to use cards etc to make payment and choose COD only.
The website is NOT user friendly at all.
Depth of information about the products is very less.
There are so many broken links on the website.
The company needs to work upon many points, which I hope they will surely.
