I still remember my dealing with My Grahak, It was like a Nightmare.I still remember Talking to their Manager Prashant whi has been such a pain. I placed the order with them on one Thursday, with a 48 hours home delivery, No one came to my house till Sunday, and I called them on Sunday which was 4 days post the order.They told me that the order is on the way and some one will call you in 30 minutes.But there was no delivery, I called them on Monday again and fought with them.It was so embarrassing that they told me the same thing again, and told me I went like lodging a Police complaint against, the my Grahak, as my Card was already Charged with them.
I ultimately got my product on Wednesday and when I opened the chips they were smelling foul, some kind of oil was poured over them, The ATTA had insects in it. I called the myGrahak team but no one was ready to take the responsibility. I remember calling prashant 6 times, but he did not take my call. My suggestion to all customers is never to purchase from mygrahak.com I will never come back to Snap Deal Just because they introduced such a poor Retailer to the customers, due to such an embarrassing experience I will never advice mygrahak to anyone. Shame on mygrahak for playing with people’s healh, money and time.
