Mg is a good initiative offering 4% discount on fmcg. But it needs to improve a lot of things..let me list its pros and cons

late delivery---> my order came little late. Scheduled time was 11-2 pm but it came at 6 pm after 2 calls to their cc
no coordination between it & warehouse deptt--->
Three things (z powder, ponds real magic and wagh bakri tea 250 gm were missing in order which mg team already told me before but they couldn’t justify the reason that why placing of those things are allowed on website ? .it seems that their is lot of gap between it deptt and warehouse deptt..
- products same but of different brands--->
Moong dal was of ishakti and masoor dal was from 6toten store ??
But in web they have written of brand realmagic. ?

Overall, I would like to say order from mygrahak only if your locality has not whole markets like sadar bazaar etc...e-commerce has a long way to go in india
