Save yourself from these people don’t even give them a try. I dont like to pass bad remarks but these guys have taken over my patience.I have taken Kerala Package from 4th to 11th dec. Although kerala is really great place to go but services from MY happy journey restricted my enjoyment. I took there luxury package and they promised me all 3 star hotels or equivalent. I would like to enter short coming as a list . these people are BIG NO for kerela Package as I know (they have tie up dont provide services directly so dont have much knowledge)
1) Changed Hotels at two Places(Thekkady and Kovalam) after confirmation of booking, It was decided for Tree Top at thekkady and Sagara Beach resort at Kovalam but after me confirming they send me vouchers for Tiger trails at thekkady and Geethu resort at poovar (30 km from Kovalam). When I protested they assured me that these are the best 3 star Hotels. As I knew nithing about kerala i TRUSTED these guys to which they badly Ditched me . Tiger trail is small housing and geethu resort is 30 km from kovalam vich finished our enjoyment for the beach.
2) I was shocked to know they dont provide service themselves, they have a tie up with company "Go Kerala" which further provide service. they dont have any cordination with them. Driver provided was frendly but dont know route of a single location and couldnt help as a guide for sight seeing at all
3) Problem started at thekkady it took two hours to find Tiger trails in thekkady because its made in junkyard. When I refused to settle in hotel they changed my hotel to S.N. inteternational but that too was just adjustments for us. Wasted most of our time which we wanted to utilize in sight seeing.
4) On seeing Tiger trails in thekkady my trust was broken in them I got worried on geethu resort and asked them to change to original for which I have asked them, to my shock they replied they will take Rs 2000 to change Hotel. Even when it was not my mistake, my only mistake was I trusted these guys. What is role of travel agent to guide properly for place u heading and they just cheated in that. Same happened when I got to Geethu resort, Although resort was good it was 30 km 40 min drive from Kovalam beach. Moreover we were only couple in whole resort, we were really scared for our security. 3 Precious hours at evening of my watching kovalam was wasted due to this blunder.
5) Each time I called them I have to tell all details about my package they dont even remembered my package details.
6) They took additional service tax from me . In itenary they clearly mentioned my package cost included all taxes. When I asked for the bill they told me they will charge Full tax if I needed bill. These guys cheated all the way. I am so upset with these guys. Better Go for some better travel agents .
