We have booked our Kerala Honeymoon package(7Night/8Days) for January 2015 with MHJ. It was great experience of life. Everything was good i.e. Car, Car driver, Hotels and Locations. It was first time for me that without knowing anything of this travel agency, I have kept faith on them and booked this most important package of life thru their site online.
It is always one time experience in life for every married couple. I am happy and satisfied that I have booked my special tour with MHJ. **Ms. Sandeepika Sharma** has contacted me and guided me everything properly. Since booking this package in Oct’14 thru Ms. Sandeepika Sharma of MHJ, till end of this tour, she has supported extremely well with us like best friend and was in continuous touch with us to ensure that we should not suffer or experience anything bad during this tour. I am appreciating her wholehearted support. Since day one when I have booked the package and paid partial money till last when I have paid my full n final payment of package, I have been never reminded for paying balance money. We came back home with great memories of Kerala Trip.
*Main Highlights of this Honeymoon package:*
1] Driver provided to us Mr. Nyju was fantastic person with great co-operation. He was able to speak English as well as Hindi. This made our trip big big success. We have informed him that we are pure vegetarian so take us for lunch to only pure Veg. hotels and he took proper care of us. Throughout package, he has never created any issue. He has played not only role of driver but he was our guide too. He was having great knowledge of all roads of Kerala. He spoke with us with smiling face everyday. We are highly satisfied with his services and recommended his services to MHJ.
2] Hotel Locations: To make this honeymoon memorable, I have selected and booked all 4 star hotels at every locations so that we should enjoy every moment of life with fullest. All hotels were fantastic and on beautiful locations. Got good treatment from all hotels and excellent from few one(spice grove). Tea Valley - Munnar, Spice Grove - Thekkady, The Dune- Cochin and best of All – Eastury Island Resort at Kovalam was very beautiful. We enjoyed lot on these hotels and locations.
3] Breakfast: Breakfast served at all these hotels were fantastic. Eastury Island Resort’s Breakfast taken on Sea Deck was awesome Experience of life.
4] Houseboat: It was great experience of life to spent a day n night on Houseboat. Houseboat was fantastic overall. Local Keralian veg food provided whole day and night on houseboat made by cook was fantastic and mouthwatering. Candlelight Dinner and Cake was so-so. Cake was not at all suitable for honeymoon. Flower bed arrangement was good. Only sad part was that the interior(bedroom and bathroom) was not that great which we were expecting to be.
*Scope of Improvement in HoneyMoon package:*
1] At all hotels, information should be provided a prior guest reaches and special welcome should be done as guests are honeymoon couples and not normal travelers. Special Treatment like, welcome drink, flowers and some small gift should be given on welcome. It makes lot of difference and feels great on welcome.
2] House-Boat: As guests are honeymoon couples and if we are paying 4-5 star hotel charges everywhere, then Houseboat should be of same level. Select Best quality houseboat for honeymoon couples. MHJ team should personally visited houseboats as and when possible and only best boats with great facility should be provided to Honeymoon Couples. There should not be any kind of compromise in quality of houseboat as it is also one time experience of life for honeymoon couples. Quality of Candle Light Dinner, Cake and Flower bed should be improved.
*Special Advice to MHJ Team:*
Usually, it is always one time experience of guest with you to book any package, being service provider in travel industry, especially for honeymoon packages, give your best to travelers as It is one time experience and once this time will gone, at any cost, this will not come again in life of any couple, so please take care of all small small facilities agreed or
provided by you under your packages. Also, such during couples trip, atleast your 2 team members should be in touch, so in case of any emergency, either of can be contacted and issues can be resolved in time.This will surely improve you rating and more travelers will take benefits of your services.
