I have visited Kerala from 23rd Nov to 29th Nov. Experience with My Happy Journey was pretty good. They are cordial and supportive.
Positive Points:
1.Driver was extremely good and well behaved!
2.You have organized the things beautifully .
3.House Boat was extremely good with all respects .
4.We could cover max. extent as per iternary .
5.Stay arrangements were extremely good.
Things to be improved:
1.Wagmon could have been avoided. You should have guided as there was nothing to see out there.
2.Due to going Wagmon, we missed total sight seeing opportunities in Thakeedy.
Next day morning also we could not go as we have to travel a long distance to Kumarkom for house boat.
3.We could not see the Tea Factory Muesum as Monday it was closed. Nobody knew about it.
4.Nobody was in touch with us pro-actively .
