It was my first trip with my wife to Kerala( 5N/6D) Munnar, Tekkady, Allepey and Kumarakom. Mr. Sachin Chauhan from Myhappyjourney.com organized this trip. It was a very well communication done between us on facilities and locations of trip. All the things were well organized, before our arrival in Cochin, cab was ready to pick us to Munnar.
Our cab driver Mr. Babu, was really a very good guy. Guided us and helped us in all the manners. He was with us for 6 days and was very friendly, thanks to him. We had a good time in the hill stations, river side, hotels and resorts. The food was all good in resorts and hotels we booked. Bell mount resort is awesome with good food and amenities in Galaxy room. Tree top cottage room was really beautiful and it was beyond our expectation.
But the only drawback went with us was Kumarakom boat house.
It was really a very very bad boat we had and cruise driver and cook were rude and food was really bad and we had salt water in the boat with which we cant take bath too. We are really disappointed for this with Myhappyjourney.com.
My advice for new people going to boat house accommodation, please check with the boat first, whether it is new or old one with all amenities such as water and food quality. Or better you can have a 3-5 hrs boat house drive and rest in some resort nearby that will be a better option instead of halting in house boat in stinking all night.
