My Happy Journey I #12, Phoenix earthen, I 10th E cross, I I Sanjeevapa layout, I Old Madras Road, I Bangalore 92. This was the worst trip to Kasmir this May 2014 that we had with MYHAPPYJOURNEY. After reaching hotel in Phalgam we were informed that there is no Booking for us we had done the booking 3 month before then we were asked to stay in C Grade hotel room with no heater or hot water facility & the Driver provided to us for the trip was too rude & was driving at a speed of 120 Km & when we asked him to slow down he started abusing us. When we tried to contact My Happy Journey people, no one was picking our call.
Very BAD experience with MYHAPPYJOURNEY.
