I had one of the worst experiences using the MyITreturn website. I paid the fee expecting a smooth and professional service, but they never filed my tax return. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been zero response from their support team. No updates, no accountability, and absolutely no customer service.
This is not just poor serviceit’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I feel cheated and ignored. If you’re considering using Mytaxfiling, think twice. They took my money and delivered nothing in return.
