Took the service for Notice Assistance. But there responses were very slow. There is no provision to talk to them. All interactions happen through their website. Their helpdesk is not of much use as they give only standard answers to all queries. Mostly they answer that tax expert will respond to your query. For each step they take about 1 or 2 days time. What would take a max of 1 hour, they take about week’s time. Also, for my request, they did an incomplete job after taking more than a week. Not worth spending time and money.
