I’m a jio customer for a past 6 months. Thus jio network doesn’t have any ussd codes for running. So its only source to see is MY jio app.
But it works very bad and processing are utter slow than many other apps. I terrible about how official app works like this. The customer care also very bad to contact.
The app design itself make feeling bad and processing also very slow. It lot to improve it. It has no features like recharging, knowing better plans.
