THE APP WITH MAXIMUM PROBLEMS

Reliance jio has the worst customer support in the world and if they continue with this pathetic attitude towards their customers, the company will sink. I have done biometric verification for jio with ADHAR card. Inspite of this I can’t sign up for My Jio. Earlier I got an error’invalid subscriber ID’ and now I am unable to get confirmation email on my mail ID. I haven’t been able to use my number due to this.Absolutely no one receives call on customer support 198/199 even after calling for a ridiculous number of times and being on hold for more than 20min every time. Something or the other always goes wrong and jio isn’t interested in providing any solutions. Is it so difficult to send an email confirmation link to activate Jio ID?No use of sending them an email or tweeting a complaint-the customer support does not respond to customers on any platform.They are not equipped no customer empathy-such attitude will ruin them.


Stay away from jio guys -not just free calls they are giving free mental stress!
