There is no doubt about jio service, which has totally outstanding balance performance towards customer satisfaction. New plans with good call quality is the backbone of the jio.
However, their My jio application is not up to the mark. It lags a lot when showing status of current plan and used data. My jio has guidelines to show particular users usage in span of one hour. But still some time it shows us yesterday’s usage of data.
Also while recharging more than two times Extra 4G data pack application shows an error and do not allow us to complete recharging process.
I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed with this application response.
I wish next update would be better than current one.
