When jio first lauched its preview offer for lyf mobile I was excited about it as it gave the services we never experienced, like free calls, free data services, free access to its apps etc. I decided that I will continue to be a customer of jio when the preview offer ends, but then it started its welcome offer to all 4g enabled sets and it showed us its real picture.
Too many limitations 4gb data per day after which the speed would be 128Kbps i.e. 16KBps seriously! is that even a speed. And the speed is not too good even when you have not exceeded the limit it’s like 200KBps from a 4g network.
Yes I understand that jio is providing this for free and we should not be complaining about it but think about it the whole aim of preview or welcome offer is to show how they are going to provide their services later and why you should choose them over others.
So if it continues like this, I am not sure if I will use their service in future.
