Ive booked a car from 23 Nov 3pm to 24th Nov 3pm under unlimited kms plan.
I have reached on time to the designated place "HiTech city shilparamam" and have been waiting for the trip details. After waiting for 15 minutes, I myself called the customer support guys to notify me about the car details. Then they have shared me the contact details. Once I called those people they have asked me to wait for few more minutes.
After waiting for a while, I called back and the response I received is that person disconnected my call. But after dialing for few more times they have answered my call and asked to collect it from another location. I have to walk down to that location on my own and find that place.
Here comes the worst part, when I have asked for my car they even did not have minimum courtesy to answer question and after few follow-ups they told me that the car Ive booked for is not available. Alas! what a responsible reply it was. I have to call customer care again and explain the whole situation to make them understand my disappointment.
After finally waiting for one hour they agreed to give an alternative car from another distant location. I have traveled to another location and need to fill up all documentation again right from the beginning. I got my car in my hand finally at 5 PM, where I should get it by 3 PM because of which my entire trip was spoiled.
I can say this is the worst car hire experience I had till. This shows your attitude towards customers. When the cars are not available there must be prior intimation. If half the priority given to get the documentation part done is paid towards assigning cars Ive would have been more than happy.
Now that everything Ive planned turned out to be a failure I had to return the car by 4AM and now I see that my booking is still in progress state. Minimum acknowledgement is expected about the trip completion and that car is returned. Extremely dissatisfied by the very first experience I had with MYLES.
