This was my third booking with Myles car from Noida/Ghaziabad.
I booked self driven - Honda Jazz for 7 days. Booking was done 1 week before. And I asked the call center to ensure the car is in good condition as I will be on vacation for 7 days. They promised it.
On the delivery time, person visited and given car, taken clicks of documents and started leaving without letting me inspect the car. I started the car and realized engine is making too much of noise. I asked delivery man about the noise, he said there is no noise and while I was talking to the myles office, he left.
I spent 3 hours with myles people over phone to resolve the situation and learnt no other car is available and they can give another car in next morning 5 am. Having no other option, I agreed.
No car got delivered next morning.
Again on phone learnt that car also had some problem.
Again spent many hours on phone and heard Myles car cant give any car and are cancelling the booking.
After 20 hours from the scheduled delivery, they cancelled booking and I have no option.
Horrible experience.
In my last booking with Myles they booked a car, that had some technical problem, delivered a lower version of booked car. On driving, car was wobbling at speed of 70 kmph. Effectively on high way you cant drive above 70 kmph. I narrated this experience while booking. Ended up with event worst experience.
