I had booked a myles car on 23 August 2017 from Ahmedabad for 5 days. Needless to say amount had to be paid online in full at the time of booking. I was all excited for the vacation ahead with family as I was to arrive from Mumbai to Ahmedabad.
Guess what? On 28 of September 2017, they send me mail and sms to communicate casually that booking is cancelled. The entire trip went haywaire.
But that was not the point. Actually, no matter how much I requested to give an alternate vehicle, they said I could take i10 or swift, none of which are suited for long highway drive requiring safety and comfort.
When I said, this was wrong they said there is nothing Myles can do.
I said I could send them a notice for damages, they said that I had not read the fine print which says vehicle can be cancelled by MylesCars anytime. Wow!
Overall, I am yet to find another business firm with such high handed approach and being so unapologetic.
Would not advise anyone to use Myles for planning a trip. You may do so at your own risk.
