Poor experience so far

The executive does not know what documents are required in website. Customer care rude. No message sent for pickup.


Customer care gives random number for estimated wait time. e.g. initially it will be some 3min later reduced to 6 sec then again 50 sec and so overall bad exp so far.The executive does not know what documents are required in website.
