Let me detail this out for you.
We booked the car through Jeetendra from their customer support team over the phone on Jan 31, 2019, for a period of Feb 2, 1 PM to Feb 3, 7 PM.
Anybody from the team did not inform my friend about any other details or rules/regulations apart from documents needed.

When he collected the car from the collection place(Pooh Cars, Bellandur, Banglore Karnataka), the person giving the car(Salman) did not inform about any kind of over speeding limit.
He just made us sign a document and did not even provide us with its copy. If at all there were any terms/conditions, I was not aware of the same.
After we traveled by the car for the first few hours, and it had already been an hour and a half since we had stopped the car on Feb 2nd, My friend got a call from Asish Kumar Sabat(9438449145).
This man was extremely rude and impolite from the get-go.
He informed us that we have been over speeding the car for a while now(7-8 violations) and that a police challan has been issued on the car somehow.
He didnt provide any details of the challan and did not even try to listen to what we had to say about it.
He was not at all ready to hear our side of things or even have a discussion like a gentleman. All he did was use extremely rude and loud language to converse and state the fact that whatever is the case, I have to pay the amount or else he has my friends DL information and will get me banned from all car portals(openly stating that he will sell our information to others).
He said that even Salman had informed us about the speed limit when he was handing the car.
This was a bald-faced lie and we confirmed the same with Salman where he confessed he didnt give us any such information and he lied about this to Asish.(we have call recordings)
This perplexed us. We called your customer care and confirmed from Jeetendra about the policy for over speeding and I quote,
"The limit of over speeding is 120 kmph.
Post that for the 1st violation, we will get an SMS message/email/phone call informing us for being over speeding.
For 2nd violation, its the same. After the 3rd time, the car will get locked.
Since there were no warnings Mr Jeetendra told us to take care of not over speeding from now on."

When we called back Asish with this information, he said he doesnt care about this information and anyhow we have to pay the fine.
Our only question to him was that if at all we have been over speeding my car for so long with so many violations, why was he calling this out so late after the car has stopped an hour back.
The first instance, if we had been over speeding if we were intimated we would have stopped.
If this is the 1st call we were getting, we should be treating this as the 1st warning. We did not receive any kind of SMS or email for over speeding.
All he had to say to this was that, theres no use arguing and we will definitely have to pay the amount.(He even gave us an option of crediting the money to him personally)
And post this, the threatening started. He threatened to block my friend from all car websites. And also told me that he would take this matter legally and my friend will have to appear in a court.
Even at this point, he was not giving any proof of the challan or the details of where and when the car was over speeding.
Since we had already spoken with the customer care and they assured me that there is nothing serious. The next day, we took care of the speed limit on my way back.
Once we reached back to the collection place(Pooh Cars), Salman said, he wont take back the car unless I talk to Ashish. Since all my transactions were with Myles, we chose to speak to customer care, where they accepted that it may be a technical glitch and if at all we were over speeding, we didnt get any SMS or email. We were also told that we can hand over the car and leave but Asish was not ALLOWING that. A lot of time was wasted just to explain the matter to a number of executives, while Ashish clearly said that he wont take the car back unless we pay him 3250+ GST(He even gave me an option of removing the 3rd penalty, if I pay him personally. Also No challan was given). Just to get out of the place and situation, we tried to explain him that if we have violated anything, let Myles handle that, to which he said that this has happened multiple times that Myles has said they will deduct the money but has refunded the whole deposit to the user and he has not got anything, so this time he wont let us go without the money. This clearly means that Ashish and Myless team were just looking for ways to extort money from me!
This went on for another 1hr 30min where we were repeatedly put on hold by customer care saying that they are transferring the call to some senior but never happened. We kept on explaining them that the place was secluded and my friends wife was with him but no one cared about that. While Ashish was not ready to let us go, the customer care guys kept on transferring the call and "looking into the matter".
We spoke to two senior executives named Om and Jagdish who vowed to help us.
They did help us by deducting the money from the security deposit without our consent or intimation or any proof.
When we called them about this, We were told that this money has been deducted to get us out of that place for them and it will be refunded back to us(we have recordings).
Its been 4 days since this commotion that scarred my mind. We were literally being held as HOSTAGE till the time we provide some frauds with money.
There has been absolutely no resolution to this matter till date and all that has come to me are a bunch of policies and still NO PROOF.
And even if there are proofs, they should have been provided on the day when you were trying to EXTORT money and HARASSING my friend and his wife for almost 2 hours straight.
To cut it short We paid some Rs 3400 for the vehicle(Maruti Swift) and Rs 4000 for the Challan. Fuel cost additional.
SO MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO ALL PLZ DONT TAKE ANY VEHICLES FROM MYLES. ALL THEY WANT IS MORE MONEY AND NOTHING ELSE.
