I was shocked with the logic MYLES team applies to refund as little as possible from the Rs. 5000 advance deposit.
I had a tyre burst. They claim it was changed at 32000 KM and the current reading is 54000KM. So the wear and tear of 22000KM was already there and probably there was a life of additional 10000KM.
Now my request is that they change the tyre but charge me one third of the cost but they have charged entire cost of the new tyre to my deposit.
How a company can have and enjoy a brand new tyre in place of an old 22000 KM run old tyre entirely at customers cost? I am unable to understand.
I hope MYLES team applies sensible logic and be fare to customers and to themselves!
MYLES TEAM, Please be honest to yourself and return the remaining two third of the cost of the tyre to my account.
