Fathers Day Offer "Timex Watch'. Cheaters!!

Order No. 3064670 Myntra making fool of customtakeouters with their offers of buy for Rs 2999 and get Titan watch free on the occasion of Fathers day.


My concern is with the Fathers Day Offer "Timex Watch’ was not delivered.


Upon talking to your CC personnel Rashmi, I was told that the stock was over on 15th June so I won’t get the offer.




  1. The offer was valid on the occasion of Fathers day, so how come the stock gets over by 15th JUne?




  2. Your offer never talked about any condition of "till stock lasts". I have the screen shot of your website to prove that.




  3. If the stock went over by 15th, why did your site keep displaying the offer till 17th June?






Don’t try to fool your customtakeouters, I want the gift delivered asap.

I will put forward my concern again




  1. On 17th June your website was offering the "Father’s day offer: Spend Rs 2999 and get a TIMEX watch FREE" (Screen attached)




  2. On non receipt of the watch, I called up the cc and was informed by Rashmi that the offer was with a condition "Till stock lasts" and as the stock was over by 15th June, I am not eligible for the offer.




  3. The condition "Till stock lasts" is invalid here as I couldn’t see any condition attached with the offer. Generally a condition should be clearly mentioned in full or in the form of some special characters like *, # as you have for referring a friend offer.






Hope my claim is justified. Pls let me know if you have further queries.
