I recently had a very good experience with Myntra customer care. There was an Online sale by Myntra on 3rd and 4th Jan. I have placed an order for womens clothes, jewellery, purse etc in myntra and at the end I was unable to complete the transaction as the server failed in between and I did not receive any order id.
So I placed the order again for COD. And after 2 days when I was going thru my bank statement I realised that the the money was debited from my account in the first transaction. So I immediately called up the customer care to report this. And the guy at the other end was very helpful. He went through all the logs and found out it did happen. And they promised me they would fix it within 48hrs by calling the bank.And I was very happy to see they fixed the issue within 24hrs and money was credited back to my account.
