Myntra has become a fraudulent website now. I urge everyone not to shop there cause they will treat you like crap if you raise any complaint. I ordered a Cole Haan loafers(order No. 77748054) from their website they sent it via India Post, the package got delayed by 5-6 days and when it reached me the shoes were not there but instead some rubbish old book.
I truly believe someone from the postal company did this not Myntra, cause the packet was very beautifully tampered(couldn’t be judged that it was tampered while taking the packet). I raised this issue and told them that this incident has happened and requested them to use DTDC courier service again not India Post which they were using for our town for past 4 years(I was their customer from 2012).
In return they said they can not give me refund as if I was asking for one and also suspended my account as if I was trying to defraud them. I have no problem that they suspended my account in spite I spent Lakhs of rupees on their website for the past4-5 years, cause there are many more websites that can provide us the things they are offering. But the way they treated me is the real issue I had pending orders and in between that they did this, now I have to return some articles and it is going to be challenge to do that too. Thank you very much Myntra. You were a good riddance.
