After seeing the ad in TV I planned to visite myntra website and I found it very nice, but I thought of trying it once before making any purchase or recommending to friends. So I made the first purchase.
My order number was 1801929.
Next day after making the order I got an sms informing me about the product sent by bluedart waybill no 47523620115.
2 days after receiving sms I got a call from bluedart saying my residence is out of there delivery area and I need to collect it from there office which is hardly around 2-3 km from my home.
I fail to understand even 2-3 km area from blue dart office is out of delivery area and I am not staying in some remote area without roads and connectivity J .
I have been receiving my bank/credit card statements, LIC policy premium letter and other couriers.
When I called Bluedart they informed me that pincode is servicable by them but the location is not and they have already informed to mantra prior booking the shipment and also mentioned if you dont collect it from their office it would be sent back.
I called up mynra helpline and explained them the situation, they told me that it would show as out of delivery area with bluedart for 2-3 days and then it would be delivered to my residence ----but as per my conversation with bluedart I think it would not happen.
If myntra was already aware that it would not be delivered at my home then why was it not sent by some other courier or would have simply rejected the order.
May be later myntra might get it sorted out but all this time and effort wasted in calling myntra and bluedart and later following up with them is simply unnecessary which could have been avoided.
Eventhough in this case myntra might not completely at fault but myntra need to understand whoever mistake it is customer experience has been compromised which spreads by word of mouth and would result in loss of good number of potential customers.
Would suggest mantra to have a better delivery partner/process which adds value to myntra and not be a liability.
UPDATE 1
Just an hour after posting this review I received a call by Rajesh representing as customer support manager from myntra. He was updated with the case and represented myntras viewpoint quite positively and assured me the delivery by tommorow.
Lets wait till tommorow........

Finally I received my order yesterday night....hmm the product was as expected and nicely packed.
Myntra branded shoebag alongwith it was surprising.
Full marks to Myntra on their products but lets see how they improve their delivery mechanism, well by the meantime I have changed memebers recommendation to Yes..
Immediately after receiving my order last night, I placed my second order....now lets see whether I received it this time without any problem.
Again the same problem with my second order number 1811948 and bluedart tracking number 47523631374 the bluedart local office says OUT OF DELIVERY AREA...........This time I am not going to waste my time in following up bluedart and myntra; I would go and collect it from bluedart office tommorow morning.
Thanks Myntra and Bluedart for very delightful experience!!!!! and hopefully with this experience atleast I would not shop again at myntra.
