I had ordered a pair of lotto shoes(PRODUCT CODE: 247517) 2 weeks back. Firstly they were delivered in a bad condition, because the box was almost broken, but I chose not to complain to Myntra.com. Then after the first wear( No rough use, once wore them to a hotel, that too in a car, added to that, it wasn’t raining) the label at the back came out(both the shoes) and white lining of the shoe at the bottom started to come out.
After informing them about the exact issue, Myntra.com sent an agent for collecting the item. This agent had the audacity to not take the item citing that it was used once. A number of mails and phone calls later, there is not a person from their end to receive the item back. This is a case of high negligence and poor customer service on the part of Myntra.com. This was my first attempt at online shopping, which ended in a huge disaster. This has discouraged me to continue any further shopping with Myntra.com.
