I remember myntra when a friend of mine advised me to register there to get a cup printed with photograph that I would edit over the site along the background color of my choice, at just the shipping cost that was Rs. 50 only. I did and placed the order, there was little delay due to some technical glitches but I got the product delivered in good condition and more importantly free so no issues :-)
Now, my review is based on my recent experience. Received e-mail from myntra about FILA shoes. I browsed the site and found that they no longer are into printing photographs on mugs and t-shirts but have a variety of brands and designs, and while playing on the site, I placed an order for a FILA Drake Black shoes for Rs. 1999 choosing cash on delivery option, on Friday evening (i saw a free Fastrak watch while placing the order). I was told in the order e-mail that I might receive the item on Wednesday next week. Then I received SMS that the order was shipped on Saturday through Blue Dart and it was at my doorstep by Monday afternoon, as shown on the site with free Fastrak watch worth Rs. 595 and a myntra key ring as surprise gift..
I then switched to mouthshut.com to see the myntra ratings, just out of curiosity and the last comment was negative one and was little old, probably before the myntra make over. And now I see lots of good comments so I couldn’t stop myself from posting here. I also read somewhere that it is run by IIT/IIM graduates, that gives a respectable impression J
My final verdict it, the products are branded and the delivery is very prompt with Cash on Delivery option . So I recommend it as mine was a great experience that builds trust.
