Today, i.e. 7th April(2012), I received my order around 1 p.m. I was actually surprised to see the courier guy(from Bluedart, Myntra’s courier partner) with my package. I’d read the reviews on this site, and I was a bit skeptic about the delivery. Actually, I never once called the customer care and they never called me. I was a first time buyer, absolutely new to online shopping. I placed the order as COD due to the review on Mouthshut, and really, it’s better that way. Anyways, the guy was standing right there and he had my order. I checked my package. Everything about the tops were just as I imagined, the feel, the quality. I didn’t feel cheated a bit. In fact, the Benetton top turned out better than what I’d imagined. It fit and felt like a dream. I got what I saw. The courier guy was nice. As I wasn’t expecting him, I didn’t have any change on hand and had to go to a near by general store to get the change. The guy was really co-operative.
What made my frown a bit was that the courier guy didn’t give us a call before coming. I mean, we could have gone out and he would have found a locked door. That’s the only thing I didn’t like.
Other than that, I don’t see what the fuss is about here at Mouthshut when it comes to Myntra. l for one, couldn’t be more satisfied than I am. I recommend Myntra to all.
