I signed up to the website and they promised two coupons for Rs 500 each for cart value over 1500. I keep adding products (mind it that they have to be non discounted i.e. full price articles for the coupon to be applicable) and get the value over 1500. Still coupons are not applicable. I call up the customer service and after a long wait and hold time, I am told it is not applicable on products from Jockey, Adidas, and few other names.
I feel really cheated for if that is the case, the coupon description should clearly say that. Else you spend so much time choosing the product and then after a big process come to know of these stupid conditions on the coupon usage. And the best part is, all stores are running discounts in the range of 40%-50% already for all these products. I decided to go to them for a 33% discount (500 on 1500) and some convenience, and they plan to charge it to the full price.
Really bad for a business which is competing with some really good online retailers.
