MYNTRA is known for one of the best online shopping websites in India but according to my perception no online shopping can sell perfect product for perfect quality. Myntra is one such website that managed to maintain its brand name. the best thing about this website it it has all the brand available that one would wish to buy. Their customer delivery service is quite satisfying and the product is delivered on time in most of the cases.
They quite update their customers with latest fashion, New trends, offer emails etc that attracts us to buy the product if you have used this website or App daily you will find an email or notification from myntra with offer information but there is one thing that disappoints me the most the tax that they charge on the products is too high. While buying a product from Amazon or Flipkart you never have to pay any extra charges except the price of the product but considering myntra is chargers different tax chargers for different prices such as i.e, for Clothing they charge 12% of GST, Footwear they charge 18% of GST, Home shop the charge 5% og GST, for Accessories they charge 28% of GST which means whatever discount we get goes in tax we are at the position of no profit no loss so no gain for customers.
The design of the app is quite attractive when you open the page it updates with the fashion, with offers, with brands which make the process of searching easy. the sort and filter system of myntra is good you can sort the brands, genders and look for specific product which saves a lot of time.
the Return and refund process is very easy if you are not satisfied with the product you can simply place return, the product is checked and the amount is refunded to your account.
Recently I have purchased NIKE women Royal Sneakers from myntra but I was disappointed with the product quality as I was deliver with a fake Shoes which had NIKE symbol on it immediately after the product was deliver I returned the product. this kind of service is definitely not expected from a well known site like Myntra.
