Since long time back I have faced many issues with this pathetic website(which is getting pathetic with time).
Customer care is not able to understand the issues.
Customer care guys are programmed robots who are instructed to repeat the word "I apologize for inconvenience"
They will just apologize, but won’t solve your problem.
Longer wait time to speak to customer care guys, speak to whom you’ll find no solution to your issue.so it waste of time, energy and money.
5.They give you dead line to solve the problem, but even years after that deadline is passed, your problem won’t be solved(not a problem with you if you have dealt with court cases, it’s same kind of wait time here)
- Most of the product I order, get canceled automatically because they are unavailable. hahaha, how did I order then?(no management of website)
Now, when they do this.to shut your mouth they give you a coupon out of good gesture( good gesture? really? Naahh.it’s just to cover their mistake and get you shopping with them again)
I was given the same kind of coupon(point no 6 justified), expiry of which was supposed to be on 20-Aug-2016(As per mentioned in my myntra account).
here begins the problem, its 20_august_2016 which is supposed to be the last day of my coupon expiry, but the surprise is.it expired on 19_august( surprise surprise:P)
Now, I call customer care.waited 16 minutes to get hold of a guy( point no 4 justified). Somehow after getting hold of a guy, I explained him the issue, he admitted that its fault from their side but repeated the words as said " apologize for inconvenience". Hahaha, dude I called up to get the solution.not to listen to this statement of yours(points 1, 2 and 3 justified)
I pushed him to solve the issue, to which he said it will take 3 business days(called on 20 August, today is 27 and Mathematics says. 27 - 20= 7 - saturday - sunday= 5, so its been 5 days)
(point no 5 justified)
Still I see no mail, no call and no update from these pathetic guys.
I strongly dislike this unprofessional behavior of this website and would request everyone not to buy anything from these fraudsters and cheaters.
